Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are not accompanied by a valid return authorization number.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to assist with the return process.
